
Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Process customer payments, invoices, and statements.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
1. Expense Management:
- Verify and process employee expense claims.
- Ensure compliance with company expense policies.
1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against budget.
1. Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
1. Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
1. Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide ad-hoc financial reports as required.
1. Accounts Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial records.
1. Vendor Management:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate payment terms and discounts.
1. Team Support:
- Assist colleagues with financial queries and issues.
- Provide training and guidance on financial processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹9,939.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
