**The Role: Junior Associate
- Accounting** will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable invoices in a timely and efficient manner, providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. This includes processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

**Location**:Gurugram

**Key responsibilities**
- Keeping track of all invoices and payments, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Generally responding to all enquiries regarding payments received from the various departments
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Keeping records of unapplied advances and sending mails to different departments for adjusting the same
- Supplier Reconciliation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce is required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Hands on working experience in Oracle AP & GL modules is good but not necessary
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Good English communication skills
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Good problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Problem identification and resolution skill
- Team Player
- Self-driven
- Self-learner

**Salary**: ₹11,949.95 - ₹30,006.85 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
