We are seeking a skilled **Mechanical Fitter** with hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of **pumps, electric motors, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment**. The fitter will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safe operation of critical mechanical systems.
- Perform **installation, alignment, dismantling, and assembly** of pumps, motors, gearboxes, and associated equipment.
- Conduct **preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance** to minimize downtime.
- Carry out **shaft alignment (dial/laser)** and balancing of rotating equipment.
- Replace and service **bearings, seals, couplings, and lubrication systems**.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot **mechanical faults, vibrations, and abnormal noises**.
- Ensure compliance with **safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies**.
- Maintain accurate records of **maintenance activities, spares usage, and equipment history**.
- Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams for smooth equipment performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Fitting, Maintenance, or equivalent trade qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum two of relevant experience in pump, motor, and gearbox maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of **rotating equipment mechanics, alignment techniques, and troubleshooting methods**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
