Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Monitor product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
- Keep records of sales, returns, and inventory movements.
- Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment.
- Report daily sales and operational issues to the Store Manager.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Train and supervise junior staff (if applicable).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
- 5-8 years of experience in retail/store operations
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage

Work Environment:

- Physical activity like standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items
- Retail hours, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
