Role Objective:
The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store or warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized, clean, and customer-friendly environment. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all store processes run smoothly to meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage stock replenishment.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards within the store.
- Train and mentor store staff to enhance customer service skills.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the store.
- Maintain store security by implementing and monitoring loss prevention procedures.
- **Technology and Systems**:

- Use store management software to manage inventory.

**Knowledge and Skillset**
- Must have Tally knowledge
- Computer Skills - E-mails, and MS Office are a must.
- Interpersonal skills - within the organization.
- Good communication - Writing and spoken communication in English, Tamil, and Spoken Communication in Hindi is preferable but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
