**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Supervisor to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for real estate development and a proven track record in construction site management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
- Monitor and control project costs, keeping expenses within budget constraints.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to update them on site progress and address any potential delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on the construction site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
