**Job Title**: Head - Quality Assurance Team (For School)
**Location**: KMGS, Mathura
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance policies and academic standards.
- Review and evaluate teaching practices, curriculum delivery, and assessment methods.
- Coordinate regular academic audits and prepare detailed quality reports.
- Identify gaps in academic delivery and recommend improvement strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to academic teams to uphold quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Academic Heads and HODs for continual improvement.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Academic Head, HOD, or in a similar academic leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing academic quality or institutional audits.
- Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to different branches as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
