Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Saroli, Surat

Salary Range: 12,000 - 14,000 INR per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and conversations, and respond to inquiries and comments promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads to promote products or services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with followers and customers effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
