**Branch Coordinator**
1. Updating the expenditure every month.
2. Keeping record for both Cash and Bank Balance.
3. Ensuring that all the bills are properly filed.
4. Ensuring that the payments are made on time and all the bills are properly entered in the accounts.
5. Keeping a records in the soft as well as hard copy for the all the payments being made.
6. Ensuring that the cash and bank transactions are at par.
7. Assisting with Bank work.
**Admin work**
8. Make /ensure all the payments are made on time.
9. Make/ ensure all the bills have been properly arranged.
10. Make /ensure all the payments receipts are properly filed.
11. Making arrangements at the time of events.
12. Handling of guest.
13. Keeping records of vendor.
14. Coordinating with them & Negotiating.
15. Keeping proper stock for stationery & Grocery.
16. Maintaining the registers and updating them time to time.
17. Cleanliness of the office
18. Keeping track of the official numbers, assigned to the employees their bills and payments.
19. Making Purchase order, sales invoices and related documents.
20. Assisting with tender work.
21. Willing to travel
22. Assisting with day to day traveling work.
23. Coordinating with all the customers as per the instructions.
24. Making of letter as per the instructions.
25. Keeping a track record for all the meeting.
26. Proper attending of the clients.
27. Make ensure the guest are properly attended.
28. Booking the ticket, making all suitable arrangements for the Boss, whenever he is going for business trip.
29. Maintaining record for the all files and documents available with him.
30. Make ensure whenever the boss is going for meeting all the documents and related things are well prepared day before and are kept on his table.
31. At the time of event, coordinating with all his customers
**Requirements**:
- Well versed in Tally ERP9.
- Good knowledge of Financial Accounting.
- **Excellent communication skills.**
- Positive attitude
- Diverse-Ready to take responsibility and learn new roles.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Must have a two wheeler.
