Branch Leader PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Leader to take charge of our center's operations.Primary Responsibilities:Act as the central point of contact between the Centre and HO departments, coordinating with various functions and departments to facilitate day-to-day business operations.Manage sales and marketing staff at the allotted center through collaboration with the Centre Business Head or Business Partner and all Centre sales team.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include increasing business generation through enhanced School Outreach, BTL activities, Marketing planning, and Seminars in the territory.Regularly visit allocated centers to monitor performance and address any concerns.Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management on an as-needed basis.Desirable Qualifications and Skills:Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building relationships with various stakeholders.Able to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
