**Job Title: Machine Operator (Lathe Pipe Cutter and Threading Operator)**

**Location**: M/S KAPOOR UDYOG, B-23/14 BALAJI COMPOUND, BULANDSHAHR ROAD INDUSTRIAL AREA, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch/tea break)

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain lathe pipe cutting machines.
- Operate and maintain threading machines (Landise) for MS pipes.
- Ensure precise cutting and threading as per specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th-grade qualification.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and mechanical skills.
- Willingness to work with lathe and threading machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

हम अपनी टीम में एक समर्पित और कुशल मशीन ऑपरेटर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आदर्श उम्मीदवार के पास कम से कम 10वीं कक्षा की योग्यता होनी चाहिए और मशीनरी के साथ काम करने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए, विशेष रूप से लेथ पाइप कटर और एमएस पाइप के लिए थ्रेडिंग मशीन।

**मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- लेथ पाइप काटने की मशीन का संचालन और रखरखाव।
- एमएस पाइप के लिए थ्रेडिंग मशीन (लैंडिस) का संचालन और रखरखाव।
- निर्दिष्टियों के अनुसार सटीक कटिंग और थ्रेडिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
- नियमित मशीन रखरखाव और समस्या निवारण।
- सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना और स्वच्छ कार्य वातावरण बनाए रखना।
- मशीन के प्रदर्शन की निगरानी करना और किसी भी समस्या की रिपोर्टिंग करना।
- उत्पादन लक्ष्यों और समय सीमा को पूरा करने के लिए टीम के सदस्यों के साथ सहयोग करना।

**आवश्यकताएँ**:

- न्यूनतम 10वीं कक्षा की योग्यता।
- मशीन संचालन और यांत्रिक कौशल की बुनियादी समझ।
- लेथ और थ्रेडिंग मशीनों के साथ काम करने की इच्छा।
