**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food court, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and train F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to avoid any shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food court area.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule ODC (Outside Catering) events, including menu planning, logistics, and staffing.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food court area and ODC events.
- Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote the food court and ODC services.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and timely deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in F&B supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

**Salary**: Up to ₹31,679.33 per month
