Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students regarding course selections, degree requirements, and academic progress.
- Assist students in understanding their academic strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate advice.
- Help students explore various career options and align their academic choices with career goals.
- Guide students in developing individualized academic plans that align with institutional requirements and their career objectives.
- Monitor students’ academic performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Provide accurate information about academic programs, prerequisites, and curriculum changes.
- Keep students informed about important academic deadlines, scholarships, internships, and employment opportunities.
- Organize academic workshops and seminars to address study techniques, stress management, time management, and career planning.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students' academic performance and counseling sessions.
- Track and monitor the progress of students, offering follow-up sessions as needed.
- Work closely with faculty members to ensure students’ academic progress and to address academic concerns collaboratively.
- Refer students to specialized services (e.g., tutoring, career services, mental health support) when necessary.
- Ensure that students are aware of institutional policies, such as those related to academic probation, suspension, or dismissal.
- Help students understand institutional rules and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**:

- The position is based in an office setting within the institution.
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for student meetings or academic events.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive student issues with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using educational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with faculty and administration.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
