Cold Shot India requires Customer Support Executives for its operations based in Canada.

The role of the executives will be to man dispatch and support positions for its operations.

Work hours and holidays will be as per Canada's schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English are a must.
Good communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure
