Job Description: Assistant Manager - Relationship Manager,
Super Premium
1. This is a frontline sales position and is responsible for
achieving monthly & annual sales targets of a Super Premium card directly to NHIs, CXOs and other such good profile customers & opinion makers in the society.
2. Generate leads of new prospective customers through various
means including cold calling, industry databases, references, etc.
3. Understand the customer profile, lifestyle & needs, and
accordingly pitch the value proposition of the card to the prospective customers in face-to-face meetings.
4. Engage with the customer by handling customer objections &
queries with respect to product, pricing, competition product, etc.
Using good selling skills, create a compelling reason for the customer to buy the card.
6. Seamless handover of the customer post onboarding to Service
Manager.
7. Be the brand ambassador & generate leads from the existing
customers.
8. Give market/customer feedback for product improvements.
Measures of success
1. New cards issued
2. Low 4MOB attrition
3. Positive customer feedback score
Skills Sets Required
1. Good persuasion & selling skills

3. Must be a good listener & have a pleasant disposition
4. Go-getter attitude
5. Excellent communication skills
Must have Qualification: MBA or Graduate from a reputed & recognized institute/university
Total Experience (in years): 3-5 years
Relevant Experience in a field: Minimum 1 year of experience in direct selling to customers in the fields of Real estate, investments, insurance, credit cards, wealth products, etc
MID Pointers:
- Excellent Communication skills, Presentable and polished
- HNI Customers sales experience required
- Sales experience is also required
- Dealing with stakeholder management is also important.
**Salary**: ₹677,011.84 - ₹841,089.69 per year
