**Responsibilities**:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that enhance usability and overall user experience.

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives and priorities.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing and user feedback.

Work closely with UI designers to ensure a seamless transition from wireframes to visual design.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our design process.

Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are always top of mind.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management and development teams.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
