**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate 3D models from various disciplines.
- Conduct regular model reviews and update project teams on findings.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings.
- Ensure timely and accurate exchange of information among project teams.
- Generate reports on BIM progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with relevant regulations and client requirements.
- Continuously improve BIM processes and standards within the organization. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in BIM, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant tools.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards. Proficiency in using BIM software for modelling, clash detection, and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
