Job Description: Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:
Calling: Engage with potential students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.

Counseling & Admissions: Guide students in choosing suitable courses and colleges, providing end-to-end assistance in the admission process.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure successful conversions.

Record Maintenance: Keep track of student inquiries and maintain accurate records.

Target Achievement: Work towards achieving admission and revenue targets.

Work Schedule:
Timing: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Week Off: Tuesday

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and persuasive skills

Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable options

Sales or counseling experience (preferred)

Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM handling
