Job Title: E-commerce Executive - Amazon & Flipkart

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Flipkart)

Manage product listings including creation, updating, and optimization (titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content).

Ensure accurate and complete product information including size charts, pricing, and imagery.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels; coordinate with warehouse/supply chain for replenishment.

Handle daily order processing, tracking, and order fulfillment coordination.

2. Content & SEO Optimization

Optimize listings using relevant keywords to improve organic visibility and ranking.

Regularly update product content based on customer feedback, trends, or new launches.

Coordinate with the content/design team for listing creatives, banners, and infographics.

3. Advertising & Promotions

Plan and execute Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart Ads (Product Boost, PLA, etc.).

Monitor ad spends, ROAS, and campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Execute promotional campaigns like Lightning Deals, Big Billion Day, Prime Day, End of Season Sale, etc.

4. Pricing & Competition Monitoring

Monitor competitor pricing and promotions on both platforms.

Suggest competitive pricing strategies while ensuring margin targets.

Manage deal pricing, coupons, and offers configuration on seller panels.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, returns, etc.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Suggest improvements based on data insights and customer behavior.

6. Relationship Management

Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart category managers and account managers for growth initiatives.

Resolve escalations, claim reimbursements, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

7. Returns & Customer Feedback

Monitor and analyze return reasons and work to reduce return rate.

Track reviews & ratings; respond to customer queries via platform backend if applicable.

8. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all listings meet category and compliance standards of Amazon/Flipkart.

Manage catalog hygiene including inactive/blocked SKUs.

**Required Skills**:
Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.

Experience in ad campaign setup and performance optimization.

Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data handling.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
