**Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Doctor and Orthotist when consulting the Patients with Foot and Ankle Ailments.
- Provide Off the shelf / Customized Orthosis and other products to the patient.
- Scheduling Appointments of the patients.
- Counselling of the patients on clinical outcomes and costs.
- Billing / Cash Management.
- Basic administrative activities.
- Assist the doctor in various podiatric surgical procedures.
- Independently perform callus scrapings, medical pedicure and dressings.
- Perform various foot-related diagnostic procedures.
- Help the orthotist in creating customized orthotics.
- Manage the Stocks and Inventory at the clinic.
- To ensure accurate, timely and reliable recording of all the clinical / non clinical / patient data.
- To compile and send timely activity reports to the appropriate supervisor/responsible.
- To refer clients to appropriate services, care and treatment.
- Scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting.
- Maintains inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
- Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- To ensure respectful use of all company property, intellectual or otherwise honouring non-disclosure and confidentiality.

BSc Nursing

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
