Travel Executive
Work Dynamics

**What this job involves**:

- Provide good travel option within company policy
- Ensure total travel for i.e. ticket, airport transfers and hotel stay.
- Ensure all bills are processed in time with adequate supporting’s for the smooth working of the travel desk
- To get the cheapest ticket with direct route to the entire destination for associates
- Analysing MIS reports, monitoring implants.
- To get end to end solution in time so as to enable smooth travel.

Education and experience
Graduate preferably with IATA qualification
3-4 years in travel industry and particularly handling Domestic/International travel proven ability to function
Should have worked with corporate as an implant or managed a travel desk
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of geography
