Sales Associate

**Working hours: 10-7 PM**
**Commission Per Proposal: 0.5% (Project Cost)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including key accounts and market segments.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- **Business Proposal & Pricing**:
- Craft professional, persuasive, and customized business proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine and recommend competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Present proposals and pricing to clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- **Marketing Management**:
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing plans to support sales objectives.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, with at least [Number] years of experience.
