**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender/Waiter to join our team in Cyprus. As a Bartender/Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction in our establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include bartending, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bartending: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in drink preparation.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Provide recommendations to customers on menu items and drink selections.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding alcohol service, health, and safety standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is mandatory.
- Previous experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation techniques, and wine service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Age requirement: 25 to 32 years old.

**Salary**: From ₹70,000.00 per month
