We are transforming India through volunteering, we want make volunteering a national habit. We are looking for someone passionate about promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among citizens, especially corporate employees and youth

The Programme Associate (Ignite) will be responsible for day-to-day execution of all Volunteering initiatives in their respective city/region. The Associate will also be responsible for promoting volunteerism at colleges and working as one among the volunteers to execute Bhumi’s education volunteering programme.

**Primary Responsibilities include**:
Promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among citizens.
- Oversee efficient and effective day-to-day operations, volunteer mobilisation, Project Implementation and delivery of the projects
- Track, analyse data, identify trends, prepare reports, and share with all relevant stake holders
- Help identify and implement creative solutions for any problems
- Maintaining Partnerships with Partner Organizations to manage and execute various volunteering opportunities.
- Support Bhumi volunteers in regular volunteering engagements

**Preferred Education Qualification / Experience**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- Project management experience preferred
- Prior volunteering and leadership experience is mandatory
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector and /or event management would be an advantage
- Any Graduate

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team’s collective effort
- Good influencing skills, people engagement, relationship building and listening skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- English, Local Language
- Good computer knowledge and MS office skills
- Highly resourceful team-player, who is self-driven
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

- Expected Age: Below 30
- Scope: Full time, Willing to work flexible hours
