**Job Title : Telecaller Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for **enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers** to join our **educational institute’s call center in Bavdhan, Pune**. The role involves handling **inbound and outbound calls**, assisting students and parents with queries, providing course information, and converting leads into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound & Outbound Calling**: Handle calls to explain courses, assist with inquiries, and follow up on leads.
- **Lead Conversion & Follow-ups**: Engage potential students, update CRM records, and maximize enrollments.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Management**: Provide accurate course details, address concerns, and maintain professional communication.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**:1+ year** as a **Call Center Executive or Telecaller** (Freshers welcome).
- **Education**: Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** (preferred).
- **Communication Skills**:Mandatory : English & Hindi (Fluency Required).
- **Preferred**: Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or any other regional language.
- **Soft Skills**: Good persuasion skills, active listening, and patience in handling queries.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek).
