Job Description

Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Intermediate level support representative working on semi-routine tasks to support operations. Applies developed knowledge and job skills, and follows defined company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Understands when to deviate from standard practice. The Financial Review team is responsible for research of financial transactions that are pending in AWD processing queues to determine the reasons and honor trade dates by taking necessary actions, which may include creating estimates and coordinating with multiple stake holders. Requires moderate supervision on daily work and detailed instructions on new tasks. Minimally requires a high school degree and 1 year of related experience.
