We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to manage projects focused on web marketing within Client's IT organization. This role combines business analysis, functional ownership, and project management expertise, ensuring seamless delivery of web solutions that align with organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the liaison between the Business engagement team and the technical
- team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives
- Take ownership of functional areas within projects, ensuring that business
- needs are accurately captured and addressed.
- Develop and document comprehensive user stories and epics, ensuring they
- are well-understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for various projects
- within the web marketing team.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation
- opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and
- technical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to support ongoing enhancements
- and deliver optimal solutions.
- Utilise Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning, execution, and
- stakeholder communication.
- Plan and manage testing phases, prioritising and coordinating activities
- for smooth implementation.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of testing and QA validations to ensure
- coverage and adherence to functional requirements.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions.
- Participate in training initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions to
- upskill team members.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and product owner roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories, epics, and functional documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with
- cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience in
- Agile environments.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web marketing tools like AEM and Marketo, and marketing
- automation software, or a background in web or digital marketing systems, is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
- Administration, or related fields.
