**Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure food quality, service speed, and hygiene standards are met.
- Monitor order preparation, packaging, and timely delivery.
- Address operational challenges and provide quick solutions.

**2. Staff Supervision & Team Leadership**:

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Train and guide staff on service standards, hygiene, and customer handling.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Motivate and engage team members to maintain high morale.

**3. Customer Service & Complaint Handling**:

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues if needed.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with the supply team for replenishment of food and packaging materials.
- Minimize wastage and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.

**5. Hygiene & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
- Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Enforce safety protocols for staff and customers.

**6. Sales & Revenue Contribution**:

- Encourage upselling and promote combo offers.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to increase revenue.
- Assist in achieving daily sales targets.

**7. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain shift reports, sales records, and incident reports.
- Record staff attendance and report any issues to management.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** experience in the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and restaurant management software.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management is a plus).
- Certifications in Food Safety & Hygiene (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,462.98 - ₹33,022.58 per month
