**Urgent Hiring: Educational Counselors for Vibgyor Ace, Pune**

Are you a dynamic individual passionate about guiding students and driving admissions? Join **Vibgyor Ace, division of the Vibgyor Group of Schools, **to counsel students for the Science stream and competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, and more.

**Locations in Pune**:
Chinchwad, Balewadi & Yerawda

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive student admissions by converting leads to meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Make calls to the provided database of students and parents to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
- Engage with students and parents through personalized interactions, converting leads into successful admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups and addressing concerns.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and offer support throughout the student's journey.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Coordinate fee collection, ensure syllabus completion, manage timetables, student attendance, and track student performance.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and the school principal.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate with relevant experience (Experience in the education sector is a plus)

**Job Details**:

- Working Hours: 7:00/8:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM (Mon - Sat)
