**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Expert to join our team. As an Junior SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in improving our website's visibility and driving organic traffic. You should have a solid understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and the latest SEO trends and best practices. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing SEO strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
- Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and other on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact organic rankings, crawlability, or user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.
- Build and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to cross-functional teams, including web developers, content writers, and marketing managers.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing SEO strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link building, and website structure.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with web developers.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret SEO metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
