Job Title: SEO Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior SEO Executive with 1 to 2 years of hands-on SEO expertise, coupled with a strong inclination towards growth hacking strategies. This role demands a proactive individual who can not only optimize for search engines but also contribute to innovative growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on data-driven decisions and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of traditional SEO practices.

Job Description for SEO Executive:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Identify and execute growth hacking strategies to accelerate user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO with broader growth initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth content analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Implement content growth strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize SEO and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with website designers & developers to optimize website design for improved conversion rates.
  • Implement CRO strategies to enhance user experience and drive desired actions.
  • Devise and implement creative and ethical link-building strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Perform comprehensive site audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in SEO, growth hacking, and digital marketing.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to stay at the forefront of the industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on growth hacking.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
