As a Social Media Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and shape the voice of Programming Hub through compelling content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation & Design:
○ Create visually appealing graphics and posts using Canva.

○ Assist in shooting and editing short-form videos and reels for platforms like

Instagram.

○ Develop content ideas and stories that align with the company’s brand voice.

2. Social Media Management:
○ Plan, schedule, and post content across various social media channels.

○ Monitor engagement and interact with followers to build community and brand

affinity.

3. Trend Analysis:
○ Identify and capitalize on current social media trends and viral content.

○ Conduct research on industry-related topics and present ideas for trending

campaigns and content.

4. Video Editing & Reel Creation:
○ Perform basic video editing to create compelling content for stories and reels.

○ Collaborate with the team to shoot reels and short videos, ensuring

high-quality visual output.

5. Analytics & Reporting:
○ Track and report on social media metrics to evaluate performance and

propose improvements.

○ Provide insights and suggestions based on engagement, reach, and audience

behaviour.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the design, content, and video production teams to maintain

consistency in branding and messaging.

○ Assist in planning and executing on-site events or campaigns as required.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a

related field.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing social media graphics.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., VN, Inshot).
- Experience in shooting and creating engaging reels.
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site for 6 months.
