**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing branding and digital marketing agency helping startups and businesses grow through strategic branding, design, and digital presence. We’re looking for a passionate and energetic **Business Development Executive** to drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pitch branding, design, social media, and marketing services to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, online meetings, and product/service presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, marketing) to develop proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and client information.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for leads, meetings, and sales closures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in a marketing or branding agency is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about branding, marketing, and creative industries.
- Confident in pitching and interacting with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
