**Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning and engagement across different social media platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend new strategies and tactics.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create engaging and relevant content (including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats) for social media posts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content consistency and quality.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media channels using appropriate scheduling tools.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹9,650.65 - ₹39,164.48 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
