To maintain all EXIM, Excise Records& Legal Documents,

Liasoning with Govt. authorities,

Dispatching the material to customer on time,

Ensuring statutory requirements are timely fulfilled.

Attending and clearing all Statutory Audits (Internal & External)

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Monitoring, Supervising of day to day EXIM and Excise work & also looking after

daily dispatches.
- Maintaining all Excise & EXIM Register’s
- Independently handle and deal with the authorities (Excise & Customs)
- Preparation of pre shipment and post shipment Export and Import Documentation.
- To effectively liaise and co-ordinate with Banks, CHA, freight forwarders, Shipping

Lines, DGFT, Custom & Excise, ECGC and any other relevant body.
- To liaise with shipping line or freight forwarder and get the best possible freight for

export or import shipment
- To take care of all applicable (EXIM /EXCISE) incentives and make sure to get them

in reasonable time.
- To keep proper record and filing of all export and import related documentation
- To prepare MIS as per standard format.
- Timely filling of EXIM duty refund under rebate claim.
- To take care of filling transit insurance claim documentation
- To coordinate with marketing, purchase department for EXIM and EXCISE related

work
- Responsible for daily dispatch activities in co-ordination with Logistics & Stores.
- Responsible for all EXIM procedure & documentation, duty calculation, audits &
transit insurance etc.
- Exposure and knowledge of logistic arrangements &material packing activities.
- Assess EXCISE Duty/Service Tax liability and ensure timely payment.
- Maintaining all EXIM & EXCISE records.

- E-Filing of all EXIM & EXCISE reports - monthly (before 10 th & before 5 th for cash)

& yearly.
- Verification of EXIM & EXCISE Records - Quarterly
- Conducting Internal Audits for EXIM & EXCISE records Half Yearly.
- Maintain good relations with EXCISE & EXIM consultants as finalised by

Management
- Maintain Confidentiality of Work
- Maintain Transparency with Management and Auditors
- Monitoring, Supervising of Monthly & Annual Returns

Key Skills Required:

- Knowledge of EXIM/ Import Export Documentation
- Knowledge of Export Import - Duties & Taxation
- Knowledge of Forwarding & Clearing
- Computer proficient
- Good Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Trustworthy &Reliability
- Efficient & Capable to Travel to Ports and Customs / Excise Offices

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
