_**Responsibility of Finance Supervisor/Officer**_

**Accounts Receivable**:
Review client invoice as per charter party agreement

Review & Approve Periodical valuation and reconciling of consumable stock on board

Review smooth running of the accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts, including liaison between inter-departments and customers as required

Review the company achieves maximum cash flow and minimum bad debts

**Accounts Payable**:
Review supplier/agent invoice with LPOs

Review and approve service agreements. Checking the agent invoice according to the norms for payment posting

Review & approve invoice in AP module in Accounts Applications

Review & approve monthly reconciliation of AP with supplier and agent statement of accounts

Summarizing due payment report and make the check run

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments

**Fixed Asset Register**:
Review & approve the system by booking all capital purchase booked through AP &
verifying the usage period and salvage value as per the management practice

Passing Depreciation entries on Monthly basis

Assets’ acquisition processes as required

**Financial Reporting & Analysis**

Manage the monthly financial closing process and reconciliation of accounts of all

Group subsidiaries

Assist Finance controller to prepare monthly managements accounts and reports

Assist Finance controller in conducting complex financial modeling to facilitate business development and improvements

Assist Finance controller in the preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting

**Taxation**

Handling Indian Taxation

Handling Audits & GST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
