**Your responsibilities as a member of the admissions team include**:
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from Students related to our learning programs/ courses.

Convert leads to enrollments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis.

Help them understand how our programs can add value to their career, drive the admissions cycle by ensuring timely conversion from leads to enrollment and guide them smoothly through the admissions process.

Planning and executing various methods to improve the admissions and achieving the quota.

Update and maintain CRM systems, call logs, and regular reports as required.

**Eligibility Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of education enrollment experience with a proven record of consistently achieving enrolment targets.

Excellent communication skills

Flair for turning prospects into admissions with strong negotiation skills

Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office, Internet, eLearning, CRM, etc.

Available in Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate
