**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the appropriate course(s) that align with each student's objectives, background, and skillset.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Utilize your strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our courses and guide potential students through the enrollment process. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with prospective and enrolled students. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest developments in the US CPA, US CMA, and EA fields, as well as any updates to our course offerings. Articulate the unique selling points of our courses compared to competitors.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, and other resources to support your counseling efforts.
- **Market Research**: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and student feedback to provide insights that can inform course improvements and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or undergoing Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Education, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with US CPA, US CMA, and/or EA certifications is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
