**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new clients and properties for sale, based on market trends and client needs.
- Conduct property showings, provide detailed property information, and answer client queries.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, helping them make informed decisions.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring all aspects of the transaction process are handled smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new listings and attract potential buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle paperwork and ensure that all transactions comply with local laws and regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon or nearby areas.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of property management software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable).

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
