**Job description (Quality)**
- Instruments and Gauge handling such as Gauge Block, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, inside caliper, Height gauge, Trimos and Limit gauges.
- Strong knowledge on GD & T and Mechanical drawing reading skills.
- Verify the CMM report according to drawings and give approval to Production.
- Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes.
- Knowledge in 7QC tools, Six Sigma, SPC, PPAP, 8D Problem solving skills.
- Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- KPI Monitoring & MRM Conducting
- Knowledge in In process and incoming Quality
- Knowledge in CNC, VTL, VMC, HMC Machining process knowledge.
- Internal system, ISO, IATF Auditing & Documentations.
- Maintain In process quality documentation.
- Rejection and Rework product Analysis.
- New Product PPAP Documentation
- Monthly reviews meeting.
- Customer Complaints corrective action & effectiveness Monitoring
- Must be self-motivated, self-directed and enthusiastic and work as team.
- Daily System Verification & reviews
