**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Allocate tasks to workers and manage workflow on the production floor.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor output to ensure quality standards are met.
- Address product defects and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to maintain standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
- Resolve employee issues or escalate as needed.
- **Process & Efficiency Improvement**:

- Recommend and implement improvements to production processes.
- Monitor machine utilization, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
- Report and investigate accidents or unsafe practices.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports and downtime logs.
- Communicate production updates and challenges to management.
- Participate in daily production meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
