**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**: Conduct engaging and interactive classes to impart legal reasoning, comprehension, and analytical skills necessary for success in CLAT and other law entrance exams.
- **Individualized Coaching**: Provide personalized attention and guidance to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and implementing strategies to maximize their potential.
- **Result-oriented Approach**: Implement effective teaching methodologies and strategies aimed at achieving high success rates in CLAT exams, ensuring that students consistently achieve their desired scores.
- **Feedback and Support**: Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their understanding of legal concepts, address their queries and concerns, and boost their confidence levels.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other faculty members and academic staff to share best practices, develop innovative teaching techniques, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the CLAT coaching program.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a National Law University (NLU). Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in teaching and coaching students for CLAT or similar law entrance exams.
- Excellent understanding of legal concepts, reasoning, and comprehension skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring student success.
- Proficiency in technology-enhanced teaching tools and resources.

**Work Schedule**: Part-time, flexible hours (evenings and weekends), approximately 10-15 hours per week.
