**We’re seeking experienced and passionate POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainers** to lead virtual sessions for individuals and organizations. Share your expertise to promote safer and more inclusive workplaces through education and awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**Conduct Virtual POSH Training Sessions (Beginner and Intermediate Level)
- Educate participants on the _Prevention of Sexual Harassment_ Act and its importance.
- Explain types of workplace harassment and their impact on individuals and organizations.
- Guide participants on creating a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide actionable strategies for prevention, redressal mechanisms, and compliance.

Provide Clear Instructions & Practical Insights
- Break down legal jargon and complex concepts into easy-to-understand information.
- Use real-life case studies, examples, and interactive activities for better engagement.
- Offer actionable takeaways for participants to implement in their professional settings.

Encourage Awareness and Proactive Behavior
- Foster a safe, judgment-free learning environment.
- Share practical tools to recognize, report, and handle harassment effectively.
- Encourage open discussions and address participants' queries thoughtfully.

**Requirements**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the POSH Act, workplace laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience conducting POSH training or similar workshops.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
