Facebook Admin Trainer

**Training Executive**:
Seeking a highly enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in engaging and helping our Facebook Group Admins.
You will be responsible for training and guiding admins to improve their overall performance.
Your primary objective is to assess the training needs of these Facebook Group Admins and make them capable to qualify for brand campaigns, create quality content and deliver high engagement in brand campaigns.
You will also be responsible for delivering the training curriculum and overseeing the overall improvement of these admins.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion towards learning & development. You should be enthusiastic to engage, teach and guide admins. You should understand and identify the challenges of the admins and deliver impactful training.
**Required Skills**:
- Knows the dynamics of Facebook Groups
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Content Creation & Writing
- Excellent Communication & Instructional Skills
- Brownie points if you can speak more than one vernacular language
Role & Responsibilities
- Train Facebook Group Admins to help them improve their organic engagement & performance in campaigns
- Identify the training needs and areas of admins
- Ability to guide and teach the admins with a customized approach as per the requirement of the admin
- Implement the training curriculum and monitor the continuous improvement in performance of Facebook Group Admins
- Deliver impactful training & fulfill the Training KPIs
**Salary**: ₹8,775.20 - ₹18,000.00 per month
