**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associate's schedules.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
- Generate sales leads daily.
- Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits through cold calling.
- Keep records of calls, sales, and other useful information.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role or customer service-related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or computerized directories is a plus.
- A positive and professional attitude at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
