**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proven experience teaching English to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and deliver dynamic English language lessons to students of various levels, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that meet the needs of individual students and promote active learning.
- Create engaging lesson plans, activities, and materials that stimulate student interest and participation.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional techniques.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in English language teaching and incorporate them into teaching practice.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the English language program.
