**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Wayfinding

**Location**: On site
**Department**: Facilities / Project Management / Signage & Wayfinding
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Wayfinding Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site surveys to assess signage locations, user flow, and placement strategy.
- Supervise the on-site installation of directional, informational, and regulatory signage.
- Interpret wayfinding plans, layout drawings, and blueprints.
- Ensure signage installation aligns with approved design and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
- Monitor quality and durability of signage materials used.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility laws and local signage regulations (e.g., ADA).
- Troubleshoot issues related to visibility, placement, or user navigation concerns.
- Maintain a punch list and oversee resolution of defects or inconsistencies.
- Prepare daily or weekly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols during installation activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction supervision, signage installation, or wayfinding projects.
- Strong understanding of wayfinding principles, signage systems, and spatial orientation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design plans.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and accessibility standards (ADA or regional equivalents).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple on-site teams.
- Proficiency with project reporting and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Experience in environments such as hospitals, airports, campuses, or large public spaces.
- Familiarity with digital or interactive signage systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
