**Job Title**: Telecaller (Female)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads to promote IT products and services.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Address customer queries and provide detailed information about the company's IT solutions and offerings.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions, providing feedback on the quality of leads and call outcomes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve telecalling strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Previous experience in telecalling, particularly in an IT or technology environment, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
