**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer calls related to service issues, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
- Record and log all customer interactions in the CRM or service management system.
- Coordinate with field service engineers and technicians for service dispatch and issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments or management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, warranty terms, and service processes.
- Assist in generating service reports and feedback summaries for continuous improvement.
- Achieve individual performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rate.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical service environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
