We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to join our team at **Spottlightt Social.** As a Content Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' marketing campaigns and delivering effective results.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in content strategy, creative strategy or a related field
- Ability to analyze market trends, target audience, and develop effective content strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and develop content strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content, including copy, graphics, and video.
- Collaborate with social media managers and other stakeholders to ensure that content is engaging and meets the brand's tone and style
- Measure and analyze the performance of content and campaigns and use data to optimize and improve future efforts
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in content marketing and social media

**Salary**: ₹14,648.53 - ₹35,000.00 per month
